About the event

Join us for an empowering evening hearing from female founders in health and wellness to celebrate Women’s Month at Arrive Wellness on Wednesday March 12th 6:30-8:30pm. We will focus on themes of empowerment, strength, self-love, motivation, and personal growth.


The panel will include Lily Rivkin, founder of Rooted Restaurants, Louisa Li, founder of Shanti House, and Nicole Harkness, founder of Haystack Acupuncture, and will be moderated by Faith Bergman, founder of Life with Intention Method and Marianna Cuomo Maier, founder of Grata Wellness.


Goodies will be provided from Brine, Vida Glow, De Soi, BEIA and other female founded brands. 


Panelist Bios:


Lily Rivkin

From finance to food, Lily Rivkin founded Rooted, a fast-casual NYC-based restaurant, ‘rooted’ in the values of simplicity and transparency. With every item on the menu crafted with 7 ingredients or less, Rooted instills confidence and trust in their consumers through ingredient transparency and mindful options for those with dietary restrictions; think real, clean ingredients meet high quality, simple, and tasty meals you can take on the go. Lily actively grabs the attention of her of like-minded audiences on social through engaging "Day In My Life as a Restaurant Owner" style content, giving consumers an inside look to the making of Rooted. Louisa Li

Founder of Shanti House, a conscious-living and wellness community for entrepreneurs. After a decade in management consulting, she decided to leave corporate in 2023 to deepen her technical and spiritual learning. She now consults, advises, and invests in businesses she has a personal connection to and is building a community in NYC where she connects early-stage founders, teaches yoga, and supports the growth of mission-driven businesses. Nicole Harkness

Doctor of Acupuncture, licensed acupuncturist in New York City and the founder of Haystack Acupuncture. Dr. Nicole has treated over a thousand patients & participated in over a hundred wellness events. Dr. Nicole believes that nothing in the body is isolated, your health & wellbeing is physical and emotional. Haystack Acupuncture is Dr.Nicole's private practice located in Noho. Faith Bergman  

Faith is the founder of the Life with Intention Method, a one-on-one coaching program designed to help individuals cultivate a strong mindset and build sustainable habits. After working in finance and facing overwhelming stress and anxiety—paired with the realization that she didn’t truly know how to care for herself while managing a demanding career—Faith embarked on her own journey of transformation. Her mission is to empower individuals to discover what truly lights them up while developing habits that support long-term well-being. She works with clients one-on-one and leads mindset and wellness events both in NYC and remotely. Marianna Cuomo Maier 

Founder of Grata Wellness and a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Marianna specializes in personalized coaching, corporate wellness programs, and transformative workshops. She helps individuals, teams, and organizations prevent burnout, build resilience, and create sustainable well-being through a holistic, evidence-based approach. Her work has been featured in wellness events, corporate programs, and community initiatives that make self-care and stress management practical and accessible.
