This panel brings together wellness professionals, mental health advocates, and community voices to explore how small moments of presence can have a big impact. Whether you're seeking support, tools, or inspiration, this space is here to remind you: you're not alone, and your mental health matters.
The panel will include Parker Yablon, Julia Resnick, and Maya Silver, and will be moderated by Faith Bergman, founder of Life with Intention Method and Marianna Cuomo Maier, founder of Grata Wellness.
Panelist Bios:
Parker Yablon is the Co-Founder of Elevation Nation, a movement on a mission to help one million people activate mental fortitude and become more resilient leaders.
Through a podcast with over 400 episodes featuring go-getters like entrepreneurs, Olympians, wellness gurus, and others, Parker and his co-founder Sam share powerful stories and insights about overcoming adversity with mental fortitude. They also travel the country leading workshops and keynoted that bring the Elevation Nation “mental fortitude”framework to life.
In addition to his work with Elevation Nation, Parker is a People Consultant at EY, helping government organizations transform their workforce and lead meaningful change.
A proud University of Maryland alum, he’s passionate about personal growth, travel, running, reading, and creating spaces for real, vulnerable conversation.
Julia is a NYC-based psychotherapist at Be You Psychotherapy who specializes in anxiety and OCD. She works primarily with clients in their 20s and 30s. Known for her blend of empathy, humor, and personal insight, Julia creates a space where clients feel truly understood– whether they’re facing anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief, major life transitions, or relationship challenges.
Maya Silver is a true multi-hyphenate—startup professional, former educator, fitness instructor, and content creator—originally from the Bronx. She now splits her time between her 9-5 at a tech startup, teaching high-energy fitness classes across NYC, and creating content for brands that align with her values. Maya first got into fitness with a mission to give back, build community, and support others in an authentic and meaningful way. Having faced her own mental health challenges, she is passionate about using her voice to help others feel less alone. Whether she’s leading a workout, sharing her story online, or mentoring women in her community, Maya brings empathy, humor, and heart to everything she does.
Faith is the founder of the Life with Intention Method, a one-on-one coaching program designed to help individuals cultivate a strong mindset and build sustainable habits. After working in finance and facing overwhelming stress and anxiety—paired with the realization that she didn’t truly know how to care for herself while managing a demanding career—Faith embarked on her own journey of transformation. Her mission is to empower individuals to discover what truly lights them up while developing habits that support long-term well-being. Founder of Grata Wellness and a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Marianna specializes in personalized coaching, corporate wellness programs, and transformative workshops.
