One-on-One Health Coaching

  • Coaching is a great form of accountability and allows you to work through challenges while being action oriented. It's supportive, non-judgmental, and even fun. 

  • Together, we identify what your best self looks like, create your wellness vision, and set long term and short term goals.

  • We meet virtually weekly or bi-weekly to dive deep into areas of your wellness needing attention and set realistic goals for the week ahead. 

  • I am your guide and accountability partner throughout this journey and my support continues outside of our sessions through texting and shared platforms.
